EBR // Case study

EBR, are a large commercial printing firm in Sunderland, was experiencing reliability issues with its desktop machines and servers.

The equipment was failing on a regular basis which was frustrating for all of the staff and directors. The level of unreliability was resulting in unacceptable levels of down time, staff frustration and lost production time.

GBM consulted with EBR and after being awarded the contract set about putting things right. Servers and desktops were stabilised and monitored. Misconfigurations and missing drivers were all corrected on the system.

The job was a big one to sort but GBM now have all systems stabilised and running trouble free. GBM continue to provide on-going weekly support for EBR.

John Coates, EBR IT Manager recently said: "We had issues with server and client machine reliability, but today we are moving forward with GBM who are continuing to increase reliability, performance and productivity."
