Founded by partners, Chief Executive, Omer Kutluoglu, Managing Director, Brian McGrath and Senior Engineer Gary McGrath in May 2003 to offer a unique approach to IT support, carrying out proactive computer and server maintenance to client systems thereby reducing the need for reactive and expensive call outs charged by many other IT companies and minimising client down time.

The new company saw a gap in the market to offer a professional on-going support service to small and medium sized companies across the North East. After establishing themselves in Sunderland the company has just relocated to Quadrus where it plans to increase its market share and continue its 100 per cent customer retention rate.
